2. Technical breakthrough: Systematized solution from parameters to performance

1. Cracking pain points
In view of the nonlinear distortion and combination failure problems present in traditional designs, traditional disc spring design is usually simplified into a linear model. However, in actual engineering applications, with the increase in the number of combined disc springs, boundary friction effect and material nonlinearity (such as the stress relaxation characteristic of 50CrV4) will cause the following two core problems:
△ Nonlinear distortion: abnormal jumps occur in the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve, the stability of the resonant branch decreases, and there is a deviation from the measured dynamic stiffness from the theoretical value.
△ Combination failure: During the combination process, due to the lack of guide column constraints, the biased load phenomenon is caused; during the overlapping, the weak disc spring in the combination will be the first to experience fatigue cracking.
