Through systematic optimization of chemical composition, smelting, rolling, and heat treatment processes, Sunzo Spring Elastic successfully developed ultra-high-strength spring steel with tensile strength reaching 2.2 GPa. This material enables springs to achieve a 30% weight reduction while increasing fatigue life by 11 times, fully meeting the service cycle requirements of 2 million cycles.

Explore the mechanism of strengthening elements such as V, Nb and Ti, and determine the optimal composition ratio;
Determine the phase transition point and phase transition curve, and make a scientific rolling and heat treatment process;
